Privacy and Analytics Notice

This page explains what information is collected through the website, why it is used, and how visitors can control anonymous analytics tracking.

Information we collect

Contact forms collect the name, email address, inquiry subject, message content, source page, and submission time needed to respond to business or technical requests.

Basic website statistics record page visits, broad device/browser category, traffic source, country signal from hosting headers, language, and conversion counts. This basic mode does not use cookies, local storage, visitor IDs, session IDs, raw IP addresses, or full browser fingerprints.

Audience profiling is disabled by default. If a visitor explicitly enables it, the site stores anonymous visitor and session identifiers in the browser to measure engagement duration, repeat visits, product interest, and conversion intent.

How the information is used

  • Responding to technical, product, distribution, and partnership inquiries.
  • Understanding which products, notes, and pages are useful to visitors.
  • Improving website content, navigation, and conversion paths.
  • Maintaining security, spam prevention, and operational reliability.

Retention

Analytics events are automatically pruned after 180 days by the collection endpoint. Contact inquiries remain available to administrators until they are deleted or exported according to the company's operational process.

Visitor control

The analytics control on this page and in the footer allows visitors to enable or disable audience profiling in this browser. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals prevent audience profiling. Contact form submission is voluntary; visitors may also contact the company directly by email or phone.

Operational responsibility

Production deployments should configure HTTPS, strong admin credentials, SMTP settings, database/media backups, and access controls appropriate to the operating environment.
