Overview
Technical record / 0034
The X-ray sCMOS 16MP Cooled Detector provides a larger active area coupled to a 16-megapixel sCMOS sensor for detailed X-ray imaging. Active cooling significantly reduces dark current, enabling long-exposure applications at the lowest noise floor in its class.
A custom scintillator extends the usable energy range from 1 keV to 300 keV. The detector is widely used in industrial computed tomography (CT), high-energy NDT, and powder diffraction imaging where both resolution and dynamic range are critical.
