The MiniPIX series from ADVACAM brings CERN Medipix/Timepix hybrid pixel detector technology into a compact, portable form factor. Each detector integrates a Timepix3 readout ASIC bump-bonded to a semiconductor sensor (Si, CdTe, or GaAs), providing single-particle counting with per-pixel energy measurement and precise time-of-arrival information.
Multiple variants are available: the MiniPIX SPRINTER for high-speed imaging, the MiniPIX SPACE for radiation-hardened space applications, the MiniPIX MAGIC for versatile laboratory use, and the MiniPIX EDU for education and training.
